Chris has lived in the Idaho Falls area for over 40 years and has been helping sellers and buyers realize the American dream and build wealth through real estate for over 20 years. Having helped thousands of families in his career, he has a passion for protecting and advocating for his clients, and always protecting their best interests while utilizing the latest technology.

As the listing agent on the team, his aggressive marketing and listing system consistently sells homes faster and for a higher list-to-sales price ratio than his competitors. He has a passion for the real estate industry and is currently on the City of Ammon Planning and Zoning Commission. Living in this great area, with numerous outdoor activities, Chris enjoys camping, dirt biking, snow biking, as well as hunting in his time off. He also loves traveling with his family, or just relaxing and spending time playing with his two energetic girls, and the 8-year-old can sometimes be seen tagging along on showings, as it seems she may be following in her dad’s footsteps with a love of Real Estate!
